摘要
钒浸出液是提钒过程中的重要过程产品。其中杂质元素的含量将直接影响多钒酸铵质量及V_2O_3、V_2O_5等产品的质量,采用加入氯化钙、硫酸铝等沉降剂的方式,可降低钒浸出液中杂质含量,能有效提高钒产品质量。
Vanadium leaching is an important product in the process of vanadium extraction.Among them,the content of impurity elements will directly influence the quality of ammonium vanadate and the quality of the products V 2O 3,V 2O 5.Adopting the way of adding the settlement agent such as calcium chloride and aluminium sulphate,it can reduce the impurity content in vanadium leaching liquid,and can effectively improve the quality of vanadium products.
