摘要
传统的建筑设计方法导致建筑信息模型的应用多发生在运维管理阶段,因而其所具有的协同设计功能难以得到真正的发挥,造成了BIM模型数据信息的浪费。而基于BIM模型的VR可视化技术通过在BIM模型中的自由漫游和实时渲染,深度的挖掘了BIM模型的几何尺寸、材料属性等数据资源;通过对设计阶段BIM模型的沉浸式体验,业主和住户分别可以从自己的视角出发,将意见和建议以反馈的形式和建筑设计师不断的沟通,达到真正意义上的协同设计。基于上述原理,以i-Yard 20项目为例,详细地介绍了基于BIM模型的VR技术可视化协同设计方法,并对该技术目前存在的问题进行了分析。最后针对该技术应用中存在的问题,对其在未来的发展提出了展望。
In the traditional architectural design method,building information model is often used in the operation and maintenance management stage,therefore,its collaborative design function is difficult to be fully utilized,which causes the waste of BIM model data information.The BIM model-based VR visualization technology deeply explores the data resources such as size and material properties of the BIM model through free roaming and real-time rendering in the BIM model.Through the immersive experience of the BIM model in the design phase,from the perspective of owner and resident,they can continuously communicate their opinions and suggestions in the form of feedback with the architects to achieve a true collaborative design.Based on the above principle,the i-Yard 20 project is taken as an example to introduce the VR technology visualization collaborative design method based on BIM model,and the existing problems of the technology are analyzed.Finally,in view of the problems existing in the application of this technology,its future development is predicted.
