社区老年人活动中心的功能配置研究

Research on Functional Configuration of Community Elderly Activity Center

随着我国人口老龄化程度的不断加深,如何完善社区养老服务设施、促进社区居家养老目标的实现,成为社区面对的严峻挑战。文章结合《社区老年人活动中心建设标准》的编制工作,针对社区老年人活动中心的功能配置开展研究。在回顾既有老年活动设施的建设情况与使用情况的基础上,结合我国老年人的活动需求和相应的国际经验,提出了由休闲娱乐、康体健身、学习教育三项核心功能与管理辅助功能共同构成的功能结构框架。

With the increasing aging of China's population,how to improve the community elderly caring service facilities and promote the realization of community home caring goals has become a serious challenge for the community.This article combines the compilation of the"Building Standards for Community Elderly Activity Center"and conducts research on the functional allocation of community elderly activity center.On the basis of reviewing the construction and use of existing elderly facilities,combining with the activities demands of the elderly in China and the corresponding international experience,the functional structural framework consisting of three core functions and management assistant functions such as leisure,recreation,fitness and learning are proposed is put forward.
