修缮前校舍基本情况调查与分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Basic Conditions of School Building before Repair

校舍修缮工作是校舍基建管理的一项重要工作,通过对大量的修缮案例分析发现,校舍修缮前很有必要对房屋基本情况进行全面调查。文章在对校舍建筑结构类型分析的基础上,总结校舍建筑存在的结构体系多样化等特征;结合工程经验,明确修缮前房屋基本情况调查的主要内容及相关调查方法。同时,结合相关工程案例,对修缮前房屋基本情况调查的重要性进行了分析和探讨,指出修缮前应对房屋建造和修缮历史、结构体系、主要承重构件砌筑材料及方式等信息进行全面调查及分析,避免出现承重构件误判等问题。

The school building repair work is an important task of the school infrastructure management.Through the analysis of a large number of repair cases,we found that it is necessary to conduct a comprehensive investigation on the basic conditions of the school buildings before repair.On the basis of the analysis of the structure types of the school building,this article summarizes the characteristics such as the structural system diversification of the school building.Combining with the engineering experience,the main contents and methods of the investigation on the basic conditions of school building before repair are clarified.At the same time,combining with relevant engineering cases,the importance of the investigation on the basic conditions of buildings before repair was analyzed and discussed,it was pointed out that the information on housing construction and repair history,structural system,masonry materials and methods of main load-bearing components should be thoroughly investigated and analyzed before repair to avoid problems such as misjudgment of load-bearing components.
