大数据背景下建设项目档案数据采集与存储对策探索

Exploring of the Data Collection and Storage Countermeasures of Construction Project Archives Under the Background of Big Data

随着网络和信息技术快速发展,特别是大数据、云计算、人工智能在各领域的深入应用,极大地改变着档案工作的内容、方法和手段。由于技术与管理原因,在具体工程实践中,建设项目文件材料在收集、整理、归档、移交和利用过程中仍存在时间滞后、工作繁复、利用效率低、内业造假等长期困扰和难以根除的问题。信息化技术的普及应用程度也不及其他门类的档案。本文分析大数据背景下建设项目档案管理存在的问题,给出可行性解决方案。

With the rapid development of network and information technology,especially the in-depth application of big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence in various fields,the content,methods and means of archival work are being greatly changed.Due to technical and management reasons,in the specific project practice,there are still some long-term and hard-to-eliminate problems in the process of collecting,sorting,filing,handing over and utilizing construction project documents,such as time lag,complicated work,low utilization efficiency,and internal fraud.The popularity of information technology is not as good as that of other categories.This paper analyzes the problems existing in the construction project archives management under the background of big data and gives feasible solutions.
