生态平衡规律以其平衡性、关联性、整体性等特性给高校档案系统区域结构均衡发展带来重要启示。高校档案系统在区域间均衡发展能够提升档案服务能力、维持系统稳定、促进教育均衡,但据调查了解,以目前我国东中西部地区高校档案事业的发展状况看,要想实现区域间的均衡发展仍需要相应的政策支持、经费投入以及高校档案部门自我认识的提高。

The law of ecological balance brings enlightenment to the balanced development of regional structure of college archival system with its characteristics of balance,relevance and integrity.The balanced development of college archives system in different regions can improve the capacity of archives service,maintain the stability of the system and promote a balanced education.But according to the investigation,with the present situation of the archives development in colleges in the eastern,central and western regions of our country,we need corresponding policy support,financial input and the improvement of self-awareness by archives departments in colleges and universities in order to achieve balanced development between regions.
