摘要 针对水中存在的2,4-二氯苯氧乙酸(2,4-D),采用在线免疫传感器进行监测,实验结果表明:2,4-D在线免疫传感器对2,4-D质量浓度的响应符合Logistic曲线方程,在10~200μg/L的范围内,在线免疫传感器的信号响应符合半对数线性方程.免疫芯片存在一定的记忆效应. 48组测定比对实验表明,在线免疫传感器的测定误差小于人工测定误差,2,4-D在线免疫传感器可用于西江水的监测,运行稳定,信号可靠,为实现水环境有毒有害有机物的在线监测预警提供了一种新的技术解决方案. The 2,4-dichlorophenoxyacetic acid(2,4-D)online immunosensor was characterized from the point of application in this study.Our experimental results showed that Logistic curve could be used to describe the response of 2,4-D online immunosensor to the 2,4-D concentration.In a range of 10~200μg/L of 2,4-D,half logarithmic linear equation could be used to describe the response of 2,4-D online immunosensor to the 2,4-D concentration.The memory effect happened on the 2,4-D online immunosensor.According to 48 series of data,the total error of determination in the 2,4-D online immunosensor was lower than that in the labor measurement.The 2,4-D online immunosensor could be used in the Xijiang River with high operational stability and signal reliability.Our results should provide a promising way to realize the online early warning management on toxic organic compounds in water environment.
