摘要
设计了一种以IrO_2-Ta_2O_5/Ti涂层电极为阳极,不锈钢电极为阴极,电解-压滤联合处理桩基污泥的脱水装置。试验了电压梯度、机械压力、电解时间等条件对脱水速率和泥饼含水率的影响。在无絮凝剂调理条件下优化脱水工艺为:以U=20V/cm的电压梯度,保持污泥泵压力为0. 6 MPa电解压滤10min,污泥继续电解15 min,再以0. 8 MPa空气压力脱水30 min。获得压滤污泥的出水流速为5. 58 L/(min·m^2),泥饼含水率为57. 9%。探讨了电解压滤条件对污泥比阻和粒径分布的影响。
An electrolysis-press filtering sludge dewatering device with IrO2-Ta2O5/Ti electrode as the anode and steel as the cathode was designed.It demonstrated that the voltage gradient,mechanical pressure and electrolysis time were key factors for determining the water content and the dehydration rate of sludge.The optimal experimental parameters without flocculants for the treatment of sludge were obtained.The flow rate of dewatering reached 5.58 L/min?m2 at the voltage gradient of 20 V?cm-1,the sludge pump pressure of 0.6 MPa and electrolysis time of 10 min.The final water content of sludge was determined to be 57.9%after subsequent electrolysis for 15 min and dehydration at 0.8 MPa pressure for 30 min.The effect of dehydration parameters on the specific resistance and particle sizes distribution of sludge was studied as well.
