摘要
随着城市化进程的推进和城市人口密度的不断增加,城市生活供水和排污管道系统压力越来越大,而管道的传统铺设方式需要在城市路面进行开挖并埋入管道,需要大量人力物力,同时也会给城市环境和交通带来很大压力,而顶管机的使用解决了在城市地面开挖的问题,保证了市内交通和环境不被破坏.但由于顶管机在工程施工时易受地理环境、操作人员技术水平和现场施工环境等因素影响,极易导致导管机系统瘫痪从而延误工期,因此,基于上述研究背景提出了基于GPRS的顶管机远程监测系统的设计方案,实时监测顶管机各项运行参数并进行收集分析,从而提供快捷有效的远程技术支持,保证顶管机系统的正常运行.
With the advancement of urbanization and the increasing density of urban population,urban household water supply and sewage pipeline system is under increasing pressure,and the traditional way of laying the pipeline requires digging and embedding the pipeline on city roads,it requires a lot of manpower and material resources,and also brings great pressure to the urban environment and transportation,the use of pipe jacking machine solves the problem of excavation in urban ground and ensures the urban traffic and environment are not damaged.However,it is easy to be affected by geographical environment,technical level of operators and field construction environment,it can easily lead to the failure of the system of pipe jacking machine and delay the construction period,so the design of GPRS remote monitoring system for pipe jacking machine is proposed based on the above research background,it can monitored the running parameters of the pipe jacking machine in real time and collect and analyze them,this provides fast and effective remote technical support to ensure the normal operation of the pipe jacking system.
