基于创新创业背景下大学生创业动力影响因素及对策探析

随着中央对创业促进经济转型升级方针的实施,无论是政府部门、教育行业还是企业部门都在提倡大众创业.我国政府和相关部门,通过发放创业补贴、减免税收等政策在一定程度上推动着大学生创业的积极性,但是效果并不显著.为此,我们应该对目前大学生在创业中出现的一些普遍问题进行调查分析,通过查阅文献和实地调查进行更深层次的研究并了解其中蕴含的问题,分析问题的原因所在,从而提出相应的对策来促进大学生能够更好地的投身于创业行动中.

With the central government to promote the implementation of economic transformation and upgrading policy.Whether it is government work,education industry or business sector are advocating entrepreneurship.For example,our government and related departments,through the issuance of entrepreneurial subsidies,tax relief policies and other measures to a certain extent,to promote the enthusiasm of college students entrepreneurship,but the effect is not significant.To this end,we should be on the current emergence of some of the general phenomenon of college students to investigate and analyze,and through access to literature and field investigation for a deeper study to understand the problems contained therein,and its anatomy,and thus get the appropriate countermeasures to promote college students to better be engaged in the business.
