Application of Group Psychological Instruction to the Course of Psychological Health Education for University Students

当前,大学生心理健康教育课程教学存在的问题主要有:重视教学内容的讲解,对学生的发展关注不足;课堂教学重视讲授,教师与学生之间缺乏互动;教学目标重视理论,忽视学生的体验意义。探究团体心理辅导在大学生心理健康教育课程教学中的应用,能够提高大学生心理健康教育课程教学的质量,为大学生综合学习能力的提升奠定良好的基础。

Some problems have been found in the course of psychological health education for university students including undue emphasis on teaching content and teachers'unilateral lecturing,insufficient attention paid to students'development and interaction between teachers and students,excessive theoretical teaching and ignorance of students'personal experiencing.This demands the studies on the application of group psychological instruction to the teaching of the course for it is able to improve the teaching quality and lay a solid foundation for students'comprehensive growth in learning.
