浅议加强公共文化服务体系建设的时代需求

党的十九大报告提出了中国特色社会主义进入新时代的新的历史方位,新时代提出了"推进社会主义文化繁荣兴盛"的新的历史使命。加强公共文化服务体系建设,是实现"文化自信"的重要途径和时代需求,必须始终坚持以习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想为指导,牢牢把握公共文化服务体系建设的时代背景及意义、时代属性及特征,深入分析存在的问题并着力解决问题,不断推动公共文化服务体系的构建和完善,为建设社会主义文化强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴积蓄磅礴的内在动力。

The report of CPC's 19th National Congress proposed a new historic mission to build prosperous socialist culture when the socialism with Chinese characteristics moves into a new historic stage in the new age.To achieve"cultural confidence",the construction of a public cultural service system has to be strengthened under the guidance of Xi Jinping's thoughts of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new age and on the basis of an exact understanding about its background,significance,attributes and features as well as a deep analysis of any confusing problems and possible solutions.Only in this way can the system be improved continuously to build up intrinsic forces make China a socialist cultural power and achieve the goal of great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
