现代学徒制在应用型本科教育中的应用研究

近年来,应用型本科院校开始了以"特色学校建设工程"为工作目标,以"抓起点、突重点、展亮点、显特点、站高点"为工作要求,以"创新改革"为工作主体,探寻现代学徒制在应用型本科教育中的实施之路。现代学徒制正是契合了职业教育发展的需求,从制度层面突破校企合作模式,引导应用型本科院校和合作企业根据技术技能人才成长规律和工作岗位的实际需要,共同研制人才培养方案,共同培养人才,真正实现校企一体化育人。产学结合的现代学徒制是各应用型本科院校深挖学校内涵发展潜力、进一步提升办学品质、突显办学特色的有效路径。

Recent years have seen application-oriented universities working at the application of modern apprenticeship to higher education featuring innovation and reform to complete the task proposed by the"Construction Project of Universities with Special Characteristics".This is because that modern apprenticeship based on school-enterprise cooperation is an effective means for these schools to make full use of their potential and improve educational quality since it is able to guide these schools and their cooperators to design talent cultivation programs and cultivate talents together to meet the demands of vocational education development according to educational rules of technical professionals and actual demands of jobs as a systematic breakthrough of traditional school-enterprise cooperation.
