众包众筹视角下的高等工程教育产教融合模式研究 被引量:4

An Industry-education Integrating Mode of Higher Engineering Education from a Crowdsourcing and Crowdfunding Perspective

摘要 产教融合是高等工程教育的本质特色,也是当前国家产业转型升级背景下工程教育发展的必由之路。本文基于众包、众筹技术,以全新的视角探索现代工程教育中产教融合模式构建及创新实践,调动行业产业、教师、学生三方主体参与产教融合的积极性;实现产教融合机制创新,共建学生能力培养、教师成长以及企业发展的校企共赢式发展平台;落脚于学生能力的培养,使学生不出校门就能接触到真实的产业技术,实现学校培养与产业需求的"零距离"。 As the integration of industry and education is the nature of higher engineering education and an inevitable choice of engineering education development when China is updating and transforming industrial structure,the paper presented a study from a new perspective of crowdsourcing and crowdfunding technology on the establishment and innovative practice of an industry-education integration mode for modern engineering education which was able to stimulate industrial professionals,teachers and students to participate in the project,innovate the integration mechanism,encourage them to build a double-win platform for students'capability cultivation,teachers'growth and enterprise development.Such a mode focuses on the cultivation of students'capabilities and offers them an opportunity to learn of real industrial technology so as to narrow the gap between formal education and industrial demands.
