摘要
提出一种利用智能手机摄像头及话筒分别采集脉搏波及心音信号,通过分析特征点计算脉搏波传播时间(PWTT)从而估计动脉血压值的方法。同时提出一种适用与手机的简易的个体PWTT特征值标定方法,提高测量精度。实验表明,该方法测量结果与对比血压计测量结果具有较好的一致性,可用于日常血压值估计。
A method using the camera and microphone of cellphones to collect pulse waves and heart sounds was put forward.The pulse wave’s transmission time(PWTT)could be calculated by analysing feature points.As a result,the blood pressure could be estimated in this way.Meanwhile,a simple calibration method of individule PWTT eigenvalue was presented,which improved the measuring accuracy.According to the experiment,there is a good result consistency between this measurement method and the contrast method of blood pressure meters.And it could be applied in daily blood pressure estimation.
