摘要
在单因素试验基础上采用正交试验法对藠头挥发油提取工艺进行优化并利用气相色谱-质谱联用仪(gas chromatography-mass spectrometer,GC-MS)进行成分分析。优化的藠头挥发油提取条件如下:超声时间15 min,超声温度25℃,蒸馏时间2 h,料液比为1∶3(g/mL),此条件下放大试验3次的平均得率为0.035 6%;从该法提取的藠头挥发油中鉴定出19种化学成分,其中含硫化合物8种占挥发油总量的33.83%,主要为二甲基三硫(23.12%)和硫醚类化合物(7.30%)等。优化的藠头挥发油提取,为后续挥发油药理活性研究和产品开发奠定基础。
Based on the single factor experiments,the orthogonal test method was employed to optimize the extraction condition of volatile oil from Allium chinense and using gas chromatography-mass spectrometer(GC-MS)to analysis the composition.The results of optimum extraction were as following:the ultrasonic time 15 min,ultrasonic temperature 25℃,distillation time 2 h,the ratio of material to liquid 1∶3(g/mL)and the number of extraction 3 times.Under these conditions,the average extraction yield was 0.035 6%.Moreover,19 kinds of compounds were identified from the Allium chinense volatile oil,in which 8 kinds compounds were sulfur-containing compounds.Sulfur-containing coumpounds accounted for 33.83%.It was mainly dimethyl trisulfide(23.12%),sulfide(7.30%)and so on.It laid the foundation for the study of pharmacological activities and product development of subsequent volatile oils.
