摘要
针对海洋科学考察船温控实验室内的温度和环境要求,提出一种空调送、回风的通风系统布置方案,并对气流分布的合理性进行研究。采用计算流体力学并应用合理的边界条件建立数值模型,对洁净工作台实验区域典型截面的温度场和速度场进行分析,结果显示实验区域夏季工况温度整体控制在1℃~2℃,冬季工况温度控制在28℃~30℃,两种工况下实验区域风速都在0.15 m/s以下。
Aiming at the temperature and environmental requirements in temperature controlled laboratory of ocean scientific research ship,a ventilation system layout solution for air supply and return is proposed,and the rationality of air distribution is studied.Using computational fluid dynamics and applying reasonable boundary conditions to establish a numerical model,the temperature field and velocity field of the typical section of the clean bench experimental area are analyzed.The results show that the overall operating temperature in the experimental area is controlled at 1℃~2℃in summer and at 28℃~30℃in winter.Under the two working conditions,the wind velocity in the experimental area is below 0.15 m/s.
