磨损面积扩散率对闸瓦磨损寿命的影响 被引量:3

摘要 针对矿用盘式制动器闸瓦磨损面积扩散率与未磨损面积的关系,建立磨损面积扩散率与磨损面积的数学模型,采用两种方法求解,获得磨损面积随制动时间的变化规律的表达式、磨损面积扩散率对时间变化规律的表达式,磨损面积扩散率的增幅随时间变化规律的表达式,并推导了求解磨损面积扩散速率的具体计算方法及在简化计算采用的估计值;给出在稳定磨损阶段摩擦片工作时长的计算方法,并绘图逐一说明。分析结果不但可用于闸瓦的磨损计算和寿命估计,而且推导所用的分析方法和解法亦广泛适用于其它接触面磨损计算。 In allusion to the relationship between wear area rate and unworn wear areaof the mining disc brake shoe,establish the differential equation,adopt two methods to solve the equations,get the expression of the wear area variation law with time,deduce the expression of the rate of wear area with time,also including the amplification of the wear area rate with time,present a calculation method of diffusion rate of the wear area and the estimated value in the simplified calculation,examine the calculation method of brake shoe life,and illustrates one by one.The analysis methods not only can be used in the wear calculation and life estimation of brake shoe,but also widely applicable to other contact wear and tear calculation.
