摘要
鉴于圆柱滚子轴承运转过程中承载区存在热力相互耦合作用,结合轴承动力学分析方法和热分析、温度场分析方法建立了滚动轴承热力耦合分析计算模型并进行了求解。基于建立的计算模型分析了热力耦合效应对轴承温度场分析和承载性能计算以及疲劳寿命预测的影响,并探讨了轴承结构参数以及工况条件对热力耦合效应计算效果的影响。结果显示,考虑热力耦合效应与不考虑热力耦合效应两种计算方法在温度场分布、承载性能以及疲劳寿命等计算结果上存在较明显的差异,且该差异受轴承结构参数和工况条件的影响。
In view of the thermo-mechanical coupling effect commonly exists in loading zone of cylindrical roller bearings while the bearings is operated.Based on the dynamic and thermal analysis method of cylindrical roller bearings,the thermo-mechanical coupling calculation model of cylindrical roller bearings is established and solved.Based on the model,the influences of coupling effect on temperature field,loading characteristics and fatigue life of bearings are analyzed.Then,the influence of geometry parameters and working conditions of bearings on the thermo-mechanical coupling effect is discussed.The results show that there are differences in the results of temperature distribution,loading characteristics and fatigue life while the thermo-mechanical coupling effect is considered and not considered in the bearings analysis,and the differences are varied with the different geometry parameters and working conditions.
