摘要
针对重型履带车辆转弯过程中履带受到较大的侧向力而影响行走机构安全的问题,设计了履带车辆的行走机构并对连接球铰进行了应力分析。根据经验公式分析了侧向力对行走机构的影响机理,建立了球铰的三维有限元分析模型,模拟了侧向力对球铰刚度的影响规律,研究了不同的球胆厚度对球铰刚度的影响,并对球铰的疲劳寿命进行了预测,发现了易出现失效的位置。研究表明:球胆厚度的变化对球铰外接触面的应力影响较大;侧向力对球胆外侧接触对的滑移影响较大,而对球胆内侧接触对的滑移影响较小,研究结果为以后球铰的生产加工和结构优化提供理论依据和技术支撑。
In order to solve the problem that the lateral force of the crawler affects the safety of the walking mechanism in the turning process of heavy-duty tracked vehicle,the walking mechanism of the tracked vehicle is designed and the stress analysis of the connecting ball joint is carried out.According to the empirical formula,the influence mechanism of the lateral force on the walking mechanism is analyzed.The three-dimensional finite element analysis model of the spherical joint is established,and the influence of the lateral force on the spherical joint stiffness is simulated.The influence of different spherical joint thickness on the spherical joint stiffness is studied,and the fatigue life of the spherical joint is predicted.The failure prone position is found.The researches show that the change of bladder thickness has a great influence on the stress of the outer contact surface of spherical hinge.The lateral force has a great influence on the lateral contact of the bladder and a little influence on the lateral contact of the bladder.The research results provide theoretical basis and technical support for the production and structural optimization of the spherical hinge in the future.
