摘要
随着科技的进步,尤其是细胞生物学与医疗活体检测的发展,人们对人体有了更多的认识与了解,近代医学的一些科学发现与远古医学逐渐契合。本文从间充质干细胞及间充质组织系统概念阐述三焦器官的发育来源和功能及其实质,提出了三焦器官是联系人体各组织脏器、具有特殊组织结构的最大组织系统,分布于人体组织之间、器官系统之间,连接并濡养全部组织和细胞的重要场所,将人体组织器官有机合一,发挥着干细胞储备、水液代谢、养分运输、免疫调节、激素运输、信号传递的通道等功能。赵春华教授团队分选并鉴定了构成三焦结构主要功能细胞-间充质干细胞/周细胞群体,并从活体脑组织中分离到具有可收缩功能的三焦组织细胞。三焦器官联系脏腑及全身各部,通过运行气血、感应传导、相互协调,完成人体经络功能的调控。三焦器官/间充质组织系统主要负责干细胞多组织增殖分化、组织器官再生修复和功能重建,参与人体免疫监督、应答及复杂免疫网络调控作用等,发挥着神经、组织间激素、内分泌调节及组织代谢的系统性调节功能。
With the development of science and technology,especially the cell biology and medical biopsy technology,people now know more about human body than ever before.It is realized that some scientific discoveries in medical science are compatible with ancient medicine.This paper describes the developmental origin,function and essence of the triple energizer from the concept of mesenchymal stem cells and mesenchymal tissue system.We propose that the triple energizer is the largest tissue system which connects all organs of human body and has special tissue structure.It is distributed between human tissues and organ systems,connects and supports all tissues and cells.It organically integrates tissues and organs,and plays a role in stem cell reserve,liquid metabolism,nutrient transport,immune regulation,hormone transport and signal transmission.The group of professor Chunhua Zhao sorted out and identified the main functional cells of the three energizer-mesenchymal stem cells/pericytes,and isolated cells of triple energizer with contractile function from brain tissues in vivo.The triple energizer connects the viscera and all parts of the body to nourish the Zang and Fu,through the running of Qi and blood,to conduct and complete the regulation system of human meridian function.The triple energizer/mesenchymal tissue system is mainly responsible for the proliferation and differentiation of stem cells,tissue regeneration and functional reconstruction.It participates in human immune surveillance,response and regulation,and plays a systematic role in the regulation and function of nerve,interstitial hormone,endocrine and tissue metabolism.
