摘要
以用于飞机机电作动器的标准式行星滚柱丝杠副为研究对象,针对其寿命分别利用力学理论进行计算获得解析解、利用ANSYS Workbench软件进行有限元仿真分析,并将解析解与仿真结果进行对比,两者的偏差值最大不超过5%。在此基础上,分析了丝杠导程(螺纹升角)对丝杠副寿命的影响,结果表明,随着丝杠导程(螺纹升角)增大,丝杠副寿命逐渐增大,说明适当增大丝杠导程(螺纹升角),可以提高丝杠副的寿命。同时分析了滚柱根数对丝杠副寿命的影响,随着滚柱根数的增多,接触点个数随之增加,丝杠副寿命逐渐变大,从增大丝杠副寿命的角度来看,滚柱根数越多越好。研究为研制高可靠性长寿命的行星滚柱丝杠副提供了优化设计和分析的依据。
Taking the standard planetary roller screw mechanism for aircraft electro mechanical actuator as the research object,the analytical solution is obtained by calculating the mechanical properties of the fiber,using ANSYS Workbench software for finite element simulation analysis,and the analytical solution is compared with the simulation results,the maximum deviation value of the two is not more than 5%.On this basis,the influence of lead of screw(lead angle)on screw life is analyzed.The results show that with the increase of lead of screw(lead angle),the life of screw pair gradually increases.It shows that proper increase lead of screw(lead angle),can improve the life of screw pair.At the same time,the influence of roller root number on the life of screw pair is analyzed.With the increase of roller root number,total contact points increased,and the life of the screw pair will gradually increase.From the point of increasing the life of the screw pair,the more of roller root number is,the better.This research provides the basis for the optimization design and analysis of the planetary roller screw mechanism with high reliability and long life.
