摘要
以ZF公司9HP九速自动变速器(9AT)为研究对象,该自动变速器行星齿轮传动机构由4个简单行星排和6个换挡元件组成。分析了9挡自动变速器的各挡动力传递路线,建立了各行星排的运动规律方程式。利用执行元件的动作顺序建立起约束条件,通过联立运动规律方程组,求解出各挡传动比公式。通过分配的传动比计算验证了传动比公式的正确性。
Taking a 9 speed automatic transmission(9AT)of ZF company as study object,it is composed of four planetary gearsets and 6 shift elements.The transmission line of 9 speed automatic transmission is analyzed.The motion equation of each planetary gearset is established.The constraint conditions are built by using the action sequence of shift element.By simultaneous motion equations,the transmission ratio formula of each gear is calculated.The correctness of the formula is verified with the distribution of the transmission ratio of each gearset.
