摘要
本文采用基于亮度梯度的方法对液晶显示屏(liquid crystal display,LCD)的Black Mura缺陷进行检测与分析。我们首先使用高斯滤波方法对在黑色背景光情况下采集的LCD亮度图像进行降噪处理,进一步使用非线性图像增强技术来增加图像的对比度,最后通过计算经过以上方法处理过的图像的亮度梯度分布,并根据SEMI标准对图像样本的Black Mura缺陷进行分析和量化。试验结果显示基于本文提出的方法能有效地实现LCD屏的Black Mura缺陷检测、分析和量化。
The Black Mura defect detection and analysis of thin film transistor-liquid crystal display(LCD)based on luminance gradient is presented in this paper.By making use of a Gaussian filter,the noise of the luminance image captured when the backlight of LCD is black,is to be reduced.The image contrast is enhanced by a nonlinear image enhancement technique.Then,the Black Mura defects on the LCD are accessed by the analysis of the calculated luminance gradient of the image and quantified according to the SEMI standard.The experimental results show that our proposed method in this paper can effectively realize the detection,analysis and quantization of Black Mura defects on LCD screen.
