农产品电商平台的顾客忠诚度影响因素研究

摘要 大数据时代下,电商平台营销理念在不断变化,但顾客忠诚度对电商平台成功的重要意义并未改变,拥有大量的忠诚客户,就意味着具有大份额的市场;失去客户,也意味着电商平台失去本身的价值,尤其对农产品电商平台更是如此。因此,电商平台营销的关键就在于以顾客为核心,不断提升客户满意度,为顾客提供个性化产品服务,与顾客形成良好的合作关系。
