预印本自组织同行评议中“论文-评议人匹配”规则的性能仿真

Performance simulation of "paper-reviewer matching" rules in self-organized peer review of preprints

预印本数据库引入同行评议是近年来国际学术出版研究领域的一个热点问题,对预印本采用何种同行评议模式存在不同观点。自组织同行评议是预印本同行评议模式的一种新设计,论文与评议人匹配规则是自组织同行评议的核心环节,直接决定了自组织同行评议的性能表现。对笔者以前提出的自组织同行评议机制中的"论文与评议人匹配规则"进行了改进,并基于真实数据对改进规则性能表现进行了仿真。

Introduction of preprints database into peer review has become a hotspot problem in recent international academic publication research field.However,the points of view are different in terms of what kind of preprint peer review model should be used.Self-organized peer review is a newly designed preprint peer review model,and paper-reviewer matching rules are its core points which directly determine the performance of self-organized peer review.The paper-reviewer matching rules in the self-organized peer review mechanisms proposed before by the author were thus revised and simulated.
