摘要 本文提出一种基于云平台的胎儿心电远程监护系统,该系统由心电采集器、智能手机APP和云端服务器软件3部分组成。创可贴式心电采集器实时采集孕妇和胎儿的混合心电信号,通过蓝牙无线传送给智能手机。智能手机APP软件对接收到的混合心电信号进行分离,从母体中提取出胎儿心电信号,并把胎儿心电信号通过移动通讯网远程传输到云端服务器。云端服务器对接收到的胎儿心电进行存储和智能分析,同时将胎儿心电信号和服务器智能分析结果推送给在线医生进行监护诊断,服务器智能分析结果能给医生诊断提供参考。云端服务器软件自动将医生的诊断结果和建议返回到孕妇智能手机中。实验结果表明,所研制的基于云平台胎儿心电远程监护系统运行可靠,适合对孕妇进行长期的胎儿心电远程监护。 A type of fetal electrocardiogram(FECG)tele-monitoring system based on cloud platform was proposed in this paper.The system was composed of ECG signal sampler,smart phone APP and cloud server software.Mixed ECG signals from pregnant women and fetuses were collected by the band-aid ECG signal sampler in real time and transmited to the smart phone APP via Bluetooth.Then the fetal ECG signals were extracted from mixed signals and transmited to the cloud server via the mobile communication network to store and intelligently analyze.Meanwhile,the fetal ECG signals and analysis results were provided to doctors online for monitoring and diagnosis,which could provide a reference for the doctor’s diagnosis.Then the cloud server software automatically returned the doctor’s diagnostic results and recommendations to the pregnants’smartphone.The experimental results showed that the fetal electrocardiogram(FECG)tele-monitoring system based on cloud platform ran reliably and suitable for long-term fetal ECG remote monitoring of pregent women.
