基于桌面推演的中央负压机组维修案例分析

Maintenance Cases Analysis of Central Negative Pressure Unit Based on Desktop Deduction

中央负压机组作为全院医疗负压供应的中心,承载整个院区负压供应工作,其重要性不言而喻。维持整个中央负压供应的稳定,是保障全院负压吸引的前提。本文旨在通过中央负压机组的维修,寻找设备维修中的方法和思路,提升设备维修人员维修能力。通过故障后的表现,采用排除、分类明确、解答为什么的桌面推演等方法进行具体故障点确定。最终确定故障点为电磁阀使用时间较长后封闭橡胶塞封闭效果差导致真空负压罐充水,影响负压存储能力。通过真空负压罐排水及更换电磁阀后设备恢复正常。此次维修虽历经时间较长,但是维修人员通过解答为什么的桌面推演方法找到了维修设备的新思路,为以后的工作奠定了基础。

As the supply center of the medical negative pressure of the whole hospital,the central negative pressure unit has supported the entire hospital negative pressure supply,whose importance is self-evident.Maintaining the stability of the negative pressure supply of the hospital is the precondition for ensuring the negative pressure suction.This paper is aimed at finding out the methods and ideas of equipment maintenance and improving the maintenance ability of equipment maintenance staff through the maintenance of the negative pressure unit.According to performance of the faulted equipment,the specific point of malfunction was determined by using some desktop maneuvers-exclusion,clear classification and answering reasons.Finally,the malfunction point was determined.Due to a long time employ of the solenoid valve,the closing function of closed rubber stoppers got poor,which led to the gas tank being filled with water and then affected the negative-pressure storage capacity.After draining away water in the tank and replacing the solenoid valve,the equipment returned back to normal.Although the maintenance took a long time,maintenance staff had found a new way to repair equipment by the desktop maneuver of answering why and which laid foundation for future work.
