负载均衡技术在大型公立医院中的应用

Application of Load Balancing Technology in a Large Public Hospital

目的使用负载均衡技术来满足医院在集团化发展过程中对信息系统提出的稳定、安全、支持高并发的需求。方法通过对比软硬件负载均衡技术的区别,分析串并联部署模式的优缺点,为医院选择合理的负载均衡技术。根据接入信息系统的不同,选择合适的负载均衡策略,最大化地利用好负载均衡设备。结果我院通过实施负载均衡项目,满足了业务的冗余要求,为医院不间断持续服务奠定了基础。结论负载均衡技术随着信息化的发展而产生,它的出现提高了信息系统的横向可扩展性,使得系统在高并发时的可用性和安全性也得到保障。

Objective The technology of load balancing was used to satisfy the requirements of stability,security and high concurrency in information systems during the group development of hospital.Methods By comparing the differences between hardware and software of load balancing technology,and analyzing the advantages and disadvantages between serial and parallel deployment modes,a reasonable load balancing technology was chosen for the hospital.According to the different access of information systems,the appropriate load balancing strategies were chosen to maximize the usage of load balancing equipment.Results Through the implementation of load balancing project,the redundancy requirements of our hospital’s business were met,which laid a foundation for the continuous service of the hospital.Conclusion Load balancing technology comes into being with the development of informatization.It improves the horizontal scalability of information systems and guaranteed the availability and security of information systems in high concurrency.
