石墨电极电火花加工机床的发展现状

摘要 介绍国外主流电火花加工机床的主要机型及其基本性能。并以沙迪克Sodicks Ad30ls直线电机驱动高速石墨电极电火花放电加工机床为例,用尖端1×38 mm的1°锥角石墨电极加工深70 mm的型腔,材料为SKD11模具钢,加工后表面粗糙度达Rz 10μm。可为石墨电极放电加工机床选型提供依据。 The main types and basic performances of the main EDM machines abroad were introduced.Taking the EDM machine tool with high speed graphite electrode driven by Sodicks Ad30ls linear motor as an example,a 70 mm deep cavity was machined with a tip of 1×38mm 1 degree angle graphite electrode.The material is SKD11 die steel.After processing,the surface roughness is Rz 10μm.It can provide a basis for machine tool selection for graphite electrode discharge machining.
