摘要
带式输送机的正常运行直接决定了煤矿的安全和产量,在输送机中输送系统最为重要,但是现阶段的输送机本身存在一定的问题,基于此,结合PLC技术对煤矿带式输送系统的设计展开研究。首先简单了解了带式输送机中输送系统的主要内容,继而有针对性的展开功能设计,保证相关功能得以实现后,对该输送系统的具体应用情况展开调查和分析,以此为矿场和相关设计人员提供参考,实现矿场的高效开采。
The normal operation of the belt conveyer determines the safety and production of the colliery.The conveyor system is the most important in the conveyor.However,there are some problems in the conveyor itself at this stage.Based on this,this paper studies the design of the coal mine belt conveyor system with PLC technology.First,the main content of the conveyer system in the belt conveyer is briefly understood,and then the targeted expansion function is designed to ensure the relevant functions to be realized.The application of the conveyer system is investigated and analyzed in order to provide a reference for the colliery and the related designers to achieve the efficient mining of the colliery.
