热管当量热导率的实验研究

摘要 热管在各种电子元件的冷却中具有重要应用,其当量热导率参数是冷却系统设计和计算机仿真中的重要性能参数。考虑到电子元件的功率是不断变化的,整体的热负荷也随之不断变化,研究热管在变热负荷的情况下当量热导率的变化规律。通过实验发现,热管的当量热导率随着电子元件热负荷的增大而增大,而热管的冷却效果也会直接影响到其当量热导率的变化。研究成果可为热管冷却系统热设计及其在电子元件的实际应用提供参考。 Heat pipe has important applications in the field of cooling of various electronic components.Its equivalent thermal conductivity parameter is an important performance parameter in cooling system design and computer simulation.Considering that the power of electronic components is constantly changing,the overall heat load is also changing.In this paper,the variation law of equivalent thermal conductivity of heat pipe under variable heat load is studied.The experimental results show that the equivalent thermal conductivity of the heat pipe increases with the increase of the thermal load of the electronic components,and the cooling effect of the heat pipe will directly affect the change of the equivalent thermal conductivity of the heat pipe.The research results in this paper can provide reference for the thermal design of heat pipe cooling system and its practical application in electronic components.
