摘要
基于编码器采煤机摇臂姿态定位技术,对其所含有的问题进行深入研究。利用油缸位移传感替换传统的编码器,完成煤机摇臂姿态定位,并以此来达到提升定位精度,以及优化传感器防护的问题,从而保证所得自动化工作面数据的可靠性。
Based on the rocker attitude positioning technology of the coal mining machine of the coder,the problems contained in it are studied deeply.This paper replaces traditional encoders with cylinder displacement sensors and completes the positioning of the rocker arm of the coal machine,which is used to improve the positioning accuracy and optimize the protection of the sensor,so as to ensure the reliability of the data obtained from the automated work surface.
