摘要
矿井生产常常需要进行水仓处理,多采用人工方式,费时费力,劳动效率低。为了提升处理速度,同时考虑到矿井地面煤泥的输送,在可行性论证的基础上,研制了螺旋提斗式多功能清仓机。介绍了清仓机的设计参数,结构布局,运行原理和运用该设备进行清挖处理的优势所在,并相应地进行了清仓机液压系统的原理论述和科学计算。能够为同类设备的研制和改进提供相应的参考。
Mine production often needs to be treated by water sump,which is mostly artificial,time-consuming and laborious,with low labor intensity.In order to improve the processing speed and take into account the transportation of coal slime on the mine surface,the spiral bucket type multi-function clearance machine is developed on the basis of feasibility demonstration.This paper introduces the design parameters,structure layout,operation principle and advantage of cleaning by the equipment,and discusses the principle and scientific calculation of the hydraulic system of the clearance machine accordingly.This design can provide reference for the development and improvement of similar equipment.
