摘要
本文阐述了空气源塔式换热热泵的概念,研究了用同一水环机组实现供热与制冷两种工作模式时,其终端设备换热塔的特殊工艺要求及传热传质机理。结果表明:当环境空气干湿度条件满足,吸热塔向空气同时吸收显热和潜热时,存在一个溶液升温的最高极限;供热工况下塔内依然会出现蒸发现象;在设计热泵系统的换热塔时,只要能满足制热所需条件,夏季当作冷却塔使用时,其散热能力是足够的。
The concept of heat pump for air source tower is expounded,and the heat and mass transfer mechanism as well as the special technical requirements of the heat exchanger tower is analyzed,when the terminal device of the same water loop is working at modes of heating and cooling.Results show that there is a maximum solution temperature when the humidity of ambient air meets the condition that the endothermic tower can absorb sensible heat and latent heat from air.Evaporation still occurs when the tower absorbs heat.The tower’s heat dissipation capacity is good enough as a cooling tower when it meets the requirements of heating in design of the heat exchanger packed tower for heat pump system.
