涡旋压缩机变容量调节技术的研究现状

Research Status of Variable Capacity Regulation Technology for Scroll Compressors

涡旋式制冷压缩机在制冷空调行业已有广泛的应用,而变容量调节技术可以帮助涡旋式制冷压缩机进一步拓宽压缩机市场。本文将目前应用广泛的压缩机变容量调节技术进行分类整理,总结出适用涡旋式制冷压缩机的几种变容量方法,并整理了变频技术、数码涡旋技术、冷媒喷射/泄出技术等变容量方法的国内外研究现状。指出了涡旋压缩机变容量调节技术的两个最新运用方向:变频喷气增焓空气源热泵系统与新能源汽车热泵空调系统,并整理了最新研究成果。

Scroll refrigeration compressors have been widely used in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry.Variable capacity control technology can help scroll refrigeration compressors to widen the compressor market.The widely used compressor variable capacity adjustment technology is classifed,and several variable capacity control methods for scroll refrigeration compressors are summarized,and the domestic and international research status of variable capacity methods such as frequency conversion technology,digital scroll technology,refrigerant injection and discharge technology were summarized.the lastest research results and the two latest application directions of the variable capacity adjustment technology of scroll compressor were pointed out,including variable frequency jet booster air source heat pump system and new energy vehicle heat pump air conditioning system;the latest research results were summarized.
