摘要
国内对学术型、专业型博士生培养质量评价形成了比较一致的认识,通过构建多样化评价指标,运用数理分析等实证方法进行了评价,但目前缺乏对服务国家特殊需求博士人才培养质量的评价;分析了服务国家特殊需求项目人才培养的特殊性,依据相关原则,构建了人才培养的3个一级指标,13个二级指标,42个观测点,并对指标选取依据给予了说明,确立了指标权重的赋值方法及TOPSIS评价方法,以展开对人才培养质量的评价。
Quality evaluation for academic-style and specialized PhD candidate cultivation has comparatively consistent recognition at home,mathematical methods by constructing multiple evaluation indexes are used to evaluate the quality but there is short of the evaluation on the PhD candidates serving national specially-needed projects.This paper analyzes the particularity for cultivating national specially-needed talents,constructs three primary indexes,thirteen indexes and forty-two observing points for talent cultivation based on the relative principles,makes explanation for index selection,and establishes evaluating method for index weights and TOPSIS evaluation method.
