基于FAHP分析的大学生学业发展预警系统构建研究 被引量:5

摘要 越来越多的高校大学生存在学习目标缺乏、学习动力不足、学习态度不端正、学习习惯较差等问题,而现有研究仅从学籍管理、专业促进等方面进行,存在"事后纠正"的现象,因此,对大学生的学业发展极其不利;为了实现从"源头"进行防患,更好地促进大学生学业发展,通过问卷调查和面对面咨询学生,将数据进行收集、整理和分析,基于FAHP模型,建立大学生学业发展预警系统,对学业困难学生、学业平常学生、学业优秀学生采用具有差异性的分层指导;通过FAHP模型的分析,让大学生学业发展预警实现了从定性到定量的可能,具有更强的实践性和操作性,通过对随机案例进行验证,提出的方法及体系构建可行,对学生在自我基础上实现最好的学业发展具有重要意义。 Presently,more and more college students have the problems such as lack of learning goal,insufficiency of learning motivation,mal-attitude toward learning,bad learning habit and so on,however,present research and exploration are only conducted on school roll management,major promotion and so on,which lead to“correction after the events”and which is harmful to the academic development of college students.In order to prevent the problems from the source and better boost the development of college students,through the analysis of the questionnaire and interview data,based on FAHP model,this paper sets up early warning system for the academic development of college students for hierarchically guiding of the students who have difficulty in learning,or who have plain learning ability or who have advanced learning ability respectively.Through FAHP model analysis,the early warning for the academic development of the students realizes the possibility from qualitatively to quantitatively and has stronger practicability and operation.Based on the verification of random cases,the proposed method and system are feasible and are significant to letting every college student realize the best academic development based on themselves.
