非理想炸药水下爆炸载荷传输特性对气背板结构响应的不确定度研究

摘要 为准确评估非理想炸药水下爆炸载荷传输过程中不确定度对舰船结构的毁伤效果的影响程度,该文采用误差分析理论推导出非理想炸药水下爆炸载荷中峰值压力和时间衰减常数的不确定度对气背板结构初期响应的影响规律。结合理想炸药与非理想炸药水下爆炸试验数据,研究结果表明:非理想炸药水下爆炸冲击波峰值压力和时间衰减常数的不确定度明显高于理想炸药的载荷不确定度,并且能够对0.01 m厚度的气背钢板结构初期响应产生7%~9%的相对不确定度,在评估非理想炸药水下爆炸对舰船结构毁伤效果时值得注意。 In order to accurately assess the degree of influence of the uncertainty of the transmission of the underwater blast load of non-ideal explosives on the damage effect of the ship structure,the influence of uncertainty of peak pressure and time decay constant on the initial response of air-back plate structure under the underwater explosion load of non-ideal explosive is derived by using error analysis theory.Combining the underwater explosion test data of ideal explosives and non-ideal explosives,the results show that the uncertainty of the peak pressure and time decay constants of the underwater explosion shock wave of non-ideal explosives is significantly higher than these of the ideal explosives.The uncertainty of non-ideal explosive load can produce the relative uncertainty of 7%-9%of the initial response of air-back steel plate structure with a thickness of 0.01 m,which is worth noting when assessing the effects of underwater blasting of non-ideal explosives on the damage of ship structures.
