摘要
为获得爆炸焊接结合区的动态参数,使用PVDF压电薄膜和等离子探针设计一种简易的测量系统。以304不锈钢板和Q235钢板分别作为复板和基板进行爆炸焊接试验和动态参数测量试验,并对动态参数进行理论计算。结果表明,该测量系统能较为准确地获得炸药爆速、碰撞点移动速度、碰撞速度等动态参数,炸药爆速和碰撞点移动速度一致性良好。格尼公式所预测的碰撞速度较实验值明显偏大,而考虑加速历史所获得的碰撞速度与实验碰撞速度吻合良好。此外,金相分析结果表明焊接界面可实现没有缺陷的高质量波形结合,体现所选参数的合理性。
In order to obtain the dynamic parameters of explosive welding,a simple measurement system was designed by using PVDF piezoelectric film and plasma probe.Using 304 stainless steel and Q235 steel as flyer plate and base plate respectively,explosive welding and dynamic parameter measurement tests were carried out,and the dynamic parameters were calculated theoretically.The results show that the measurement system can get dynamic parameters such as detonation velocity,collision point velocity,impact velocity,et al.The detonation velocity and collision point velocity were consistent in this tests,and the impact velocity predicted by Gurney formulas was significantly larger than the measured one.However the impact velocity for considering acceleration was in good agree with the experimental results.In addition,metallographic analysis results show that excellent wave bonding interfaces were obtained without any defects,which indicated that the parameters were suitable for explosive welding.
