摘要
该文研制一套高速摄像系统,该系统布放到水中可实现近距离水中爆炸图像拍摄。分析水中爆炸图像拍摄需求,调查试验水域透明度,设计具有抗爆炸流场稳定性和缓冲减振的高速摄像机防护装置,实施验证考核试验,在码头实施水中爆炸图像拍摄。试验结果显示系统在15 MPa水中爆炸冲击波作用下,具有良好的稳定性,减振装置加速度峰值衰减率不小于95%,系统在水下爆炸试验中能可靠使用。
A high-speed photography system has been developed.It can be used to shoot the explosion image by placed underwater.Analyzed the shooting demand of underwater explosion image,investigated the waters clarity of testing area,designed the protecting structure with stability and function of vibration isolation underwater explosion,performed the test and shoot the image of underwater explosion.The test results show that the system has good stability under the 15 MPa explosion shock wave,the acceleration peak attenuation rate of the vibration absorber is not less than 95%,and the system can be used reliably in underwater explosion tests.
