水下爆炸载荷作用下聚脲材料对钢结构防护效果研究 被引量:9

摘要 针对聚脲材料对钢结构的防护与材料动态力学性能之间的关系进行研究。通过动态拉伸试验发现,应变率在600 s–1到1 500 s–1范围内,粘性-超弹性模型更适合描述高应变率下聚脲的非线性和速率相关的应力-应变行为,并且在此过程中材料可以吸收和消耗大量的能量。并对具有不同涂层位置和厚度的钢板-聚脲复合结构板进行水下抗爆炸冲击试验,结果表明相对于单一的钢结构,具有聚脲涂层的复合板能够有效减少冲击后钢板的毁伤变形程度,且聚脲涂层的位置和厚度的变化对爆炸后钢板变形量有着重要影响。根据材料的动态力学特性试验和水下爆炸试验的结果可知,聚脲能够用于增强防护结构、提供良好的抗爆防冲击性能,与材料自身的非线性力学行为有重要关系。 The relationship between protection effect of polyurea-coated steel plates and the dynamic mechanical properties of polyurea material was researched in this paper.The results of uniaxial tensile tests indicate that the visco-hyperelastic model is more suitable to describe the non-linear and rate-dependent stressstrain behavior of polyurea at the strain rate range of 600 s–1 to 1 500 s–1.Large amount of energy would be absorbed and dissipated at high strain rate.Besides,experimental tests were carried out to investigate the blast resistance of steel/polyurea composite structure plates with different coating locations and coating thickness.Compared with the bare steel plates,bilayer plates with polyurea coating were found to reduce the deformation of the metal plates effectively.And the thickness and the location of polyurea coating performed an important influence on the deformation of the steel plate.According to the results of dynamic mechanical properties tests and underwater explosive experimental tests,polyurea is used to strength structure and provide better blast resistance,which is related to its nonlinear mechanical behavior.
