交流调速装置电压暂降免疫度的仿真测试 被引量:6

摘要 交流调速装置(adjustable speed drive,ASD)易受到电压暂降影响而停机,造成生产中断。为了获得ASD的电压暂降免疫度特性,本文首先利用Matlab/Simulink搭建了ASD的仿真模型;其次,参照标准的规定,设计了ASD仿真测试流程,并从电机运行状态和电压暂降特征量等维度进行了仿真测试;然后,对仿真测试结果进行了分析,得出了不同暂降类型、负载率和电压暂降起始角下ASD的电压暂降免疫度,并绘制相应的电压容忍度曲线;最后,分析了变频器参数对电压暂降免疫特性的影响,得到了改善ASD电压暂降免疫度的技术措施。通过大量的仿真测试获得ASD的电压暂降免疫度,能够降低测试成本,提高测试效率。 AC adjustable speed drive(ASD)is susceptible to the production interruption due to voltage dip.For obtaining voltage dip immunity feature of ASD,in this paper,the simulation model of ASD is set up firstly by the Matlab/Simulink.Then,with reference to the standard specification,the simulation test flow of ASD is designed and the simulation test is performed from the operation status of motor and voltage dip characteristics.After that,the simulation test result is analyzed so to obtain voltage dip immunity of ASD at different dip type,load rate and voltage dip initial angle and corresponding voltage tolerance curve is plotted.Finally,the influence of converter on voltage dip immunity characteristic is analyzed and the technical measures on improving voltage dip immunity of ASD are obtained. The voltage dip immunity of ASD is tested by large number of simulation,which can be able to reduce the test cost and improve the test efficiency.
