摘要 电能质量监测装置的可靠性将影响到在线监测评估工作的有序开展。然而随着电能质量监测装置在复杂工况环境长期运行,其元器件的老化将造成可靠性下降,从而影响监测数据的准确性,为此有必要对电能质量监测装置的可靠性进行分析与评估。本文提出了一种基于非参数估计的电能质量监测装置可靠性分析方法,可实现对监测装置运行状态的远程分析,及时发现监测装置可靠性隐患,为提升电能质量管理水平提供技术支撑,算例验证了方法的有效性和实用性。 The reliability of power quality monitoring device will affect the orderly development of on-line monitoring and evaluating work.However,with the long term operation of power quality monitoring device in the complicated environment condition,the aging of its elements will probably lead to reliability reduction and thus affect the correctness of the on line monitoring data.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze and evaluate the reliability of the power quality monitoring device.In this paper,a kind of reliability analysis method for the power quality monitoring device based on nonparametric estimation is proposed,which can achieve remote analysis on the operation status of the monitoring device,find the hidden trouble of the reliability of the monitoring device so to provide technical support for the power quality management level.Both the validity and applicability of the method are verified by the calculation example.
