光氢储混合微电网的优化设计与调度软件开发 被引量:8

摘要 光氢储混合微电网可以实现3种能源形式的互补,是消纳可再生能源的有效方式。本文首先对该微电网进行配置优化和调度方案设计。根据国家补贴政策和微电网负荷需求,可将光伏发电系统分为集中式和分布式两部分,分别用于上网销售和供应本地负荷,从而获得最大的经济效益。蓄电池和氢储能装置共同构成综合储能系统,在微电网中起到平抑并网光伏功率波动和削峰填谷的作用,其中蓄电池的配置容量应满足本地负荷在光伏发电量不足时的用电需求。其次,本文利用Matlab/GUI模块开发了一套微电网调度软件,实现了调度过程的可视化。用户首先需要利用该软件设置系统参数、导入原始数据、选择调度策略,然后即可获得微电网当日的调度计划与经济效益计算结果。 Hybrid PV-Hydrogen-Battery micro-grid can achieve complementation of three energy forms and is an effective way to consume renewable energy.In this paper,the design of configuration optimization and the scheduling scheme of this micro grid are made firstly.According to the subsidy policy and local electricity demand in China,the photovoltaic(PV)generation system can be divided into such two parts as centralized PV and the distributed PV for on line sales and the supply of local load respectively in order to obtain the greatest economic benefit.Both batteries and hydrogen energy storage device compose an integrated energy storage system with function of stabilizing PV power fluctuation of grid and shave peak load,in which the configuration capacity of battery shall meet the local electricity demand when the PV power is insufficient.Then,a microgrid scheduling software is developed based on Matlab/GUI,to achieve the visualization of micro-grid dispatching.Users need to set system parameters with the software,enter original data and choose scheduling strategy,then the scheduling results and economic benefits of the micro-grid on that day can be obtained.
