摘要
反思性实践作为与职业实践紧密联系的专业发展理论,强调"对行动反思"和"在行动中反思",引导成人教育的知识观、学习观、教师观和环境观指向实践取向,为正规学习场景中的专业学习打开了新视角。基于这一理论指导,笔者以家政服务专业为个案,深入探讨了成人学习任务、知能呈现、学习支持、专项操练、学习评估等方面的设计策略,以期有效弥合成人的专业知识学习与工作场所实践之间的隔阂。
As a theory of professional development which closely connects with professional practice,reflective theory of practice focuseson“reflecting on actions”and“reflecting during acting”,which guides thepractical orientation of perspectives of knowledge,learning,teaching and environment in adult education,opening the new perspective on professional learningin the frame of formal study.On the basis of this theoretical guidance,the writer,taking the case of housekeeping service major,further discusses the designing strategies on the terms of adult learning tasks,supportive information,learning support,part-task practice,study assessment,etc,so as to effectivelybridge the gap between adults professional knowledge and practices in workplaces.
