摘要
在线学习体系是指以在线形式开展教育教学的机构和相关要素的综合整体。中国在线学习体系建设要把握其教育功能、社会功能和个人发展功能,围绕承接数字化社会的学习需求和生活张力,满足不同层次学习者学习需求,实现蕴含相关要素的在线学习场域打造目标;需要体现高度开放性、价值多元化、结构层次化、适应个性化需求及智慧性等特征;需要在把握目标、理解功能、洞悉特性的基础上,自觉自为地从政策系统化、分层治理、优化内容供给的机制、激发成果认定的参与活力、形成技术塑造的"互联网+"形态、多机构参与的生态构建等方面进行建设。
Online learning system refers to the institutes and the relevant factors as a whole that are devoted to education through onlineteaching.The construction of China s online learning system should be based onthe learning requirements resulting from a digital society and its living pressure.It should satisfy the needs of learners of various levels and aim to builda learning field that contains the related factors.Moreover,educational function,social function and personal development function must be taken into accountin the process of system building.Features such as high-level openness,valuediversification,personalized demand and intelligence must be fully displayed.In response to the needs of the times,China,when dealing with the construction ofits online learning system,must first be clear of its goals and fully understand its functions and characteristics.Furthermore,the following measures must beself-consciously taken.A systematic policy and a multi-tier management mustbe adopted.The mechanism of content delivery must be optimized.The enthusiasmfor the participation in result appraisal must be enhanced.A technology-based“Internet Plus”pattern should be created.And an ecology of multi-agency participation and many other similar mechanisms should be established as well.
