电大向社区大学转型的困境与对策研究

Research on the Dilemma and Countermeasures of TV University to Community University Transformation

当前,我国部分地区的广播电视大学利用自身的资源、平台优势积极转型开展社区教育,这一转型对于电大缓解生源不足、调整办学方向具有重要作用和意义。就广播电视大学系统的特性看,转型为社区大学具有一定优势,但在办学意识、体制和机制、师资队伍、扎根基层等方面还存在一定的困境。电大要想成功转型为社区大学,必须更新办学理念,转变管理体制机制,调整培养目标、办学模式、教育模式,以及重建教师队伍,进而推进社区教育的发展。

At present,the radio and television universitiesin some areas of our country make use of their own resources and platform advantages to actively carry out community education in the positive transformation.This transitional trend plays an important role in alleviating the shortage of students and changing the direction of their way of running school.As far as the characteristics of RTVU systems are concerned,the transition to community collegeshas certain advantages.However,there are still some difficulties in such aspects as the consciousness of school running,the system and mechanism,the faculty,and the grass roots.In order to successfully transform into a community university,RTVU must update its concept of running a school,change its management system and mechanism,adjust its training objectives,mode of running a school,its mode of education,and rebuild the teaching staff so as to promote the development of community education.
