摘要
在实施乡村振兴战略的背景下,从农村常住人口结构的实际出发发展老年教育成为促进经济社会发展的必然举措。在增加教育有效供给的同时,研究老年教育的教学设计,是提高教育的针对性、有效性的重要举措。从学校教学设计理论出发,以区域为单元,对老年学习需求和群体学习特征进行分析,提出教学资源的整合思路和教学设计的基本构想,以达成学习者、学习资源及其呈现方式、学习内容与教学组织形式之间的最佳匹配。
Under the background of implementing the strategyof rural revitalization and starting from the reality of the permanent rural population structure,developing elderly education is an inevitable measure to promote economic and social development.While increasing the effective supply of education,studying the teaching design for the elderly education is an importantmeasure to improve the pertinence and effectiveness of education.The paper starting from the theory of teaching design and taking area as the unit,the learning needs of older people and group learning characteristics were analyzed.Thispaper puts forward ideas of the integration of teaching resources and teaching design to reach the best match among learners,learning resources,its presentation and learning content and organizational form of teaching.
