热敏灸与红外线治疗特发性面神经麻痹的差异性研究

Study on the difference between thermosensitive moxibustion and infrared therapy in the treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy

目的:观察热敏灸与红外线治疗特发性面神经麻痹的临床疗效差异。方法:纳入92例特发性面神经麻痹的患者,随机分成热敏灸组和红外线组,所有患者均给予基础治疗。其中热敏灸组46例,采用热敏灸加针刺疗法;红外线组46例,为红外线加针刺疗法。观察分析对比两组患者不同时间段的疗效变化和症状积分。结果:治疗疗程结束后4周时热敏灸组的总有效率为91. 3%,红外线组为82. 6%;疗程结束后8周热敏灸组的总有效率为97. 8%,红外线组为91. 3%;两组在两个时间段总有效率的比较差异无统计学意义(P> 0. 05)。两组患者治疗疗程结束时症状积分较治疗前都有显著提高,治疗后在不同时间段热敏灸组治疗后症状积分明显高于红外线组,相互比较差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:热敏灸与红外线在治疗特发性面神经麻痹均有确切疗效,但热敏灸疗效优于红外线,值得临床推广和应用。

Objective:To observe the difference of clinical curative effect between thermal moxibustion and infrared treatment of idiopathic facial nerve palsy.Methods:92 patients with idiopathic facial paralysis were randomly divided into heat sensitive moxibustion group and infrared group.All patients were given basic treatment.Among them,46 cases of thermal moxibustion group were treated with heat sensitive moxibustion plus acupuncture,and 46 cases in infrared group were infrared plus acupuncture.The curative effect and symptom score of the two groups were compared and analyzed in defferent periods.Results:After the 4 week treatment course,the total efficiency of thermal moxibustion group was 91.3%,the infrared group was 82.6%;for another 4 weeks,the total efficiency was 97.8%,and the infrared group was 91.3%;there was no significant difference in the total effective difference between the two groups during the two periods(P>0.05).The symptom scores of the two groups were significantly increased than that before the treatment at the end of the treatment course.Symptom scores in different periods were significantly higher than those in the infrared group after treatment.The difference between them was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Thermosensitive moxibustion and infrared are effective in the treatment of idiopathic facial paralysis,but the therapeutic effect of thermosensitive moxibustion is better than that of infrared.It is worth popularizing and applying in clinical practice.
